Stemming from a lifetime as a senior sales manager of multinational corporations, TRG’s Associate, Robert (Bob) Pizzimenti, who is a licensed Virginia RealtorTM since 1998, has established a practice of advising both buyers and sellers as to how to enhance their real estate experience. Bob teaches Real Estate "Best Practices" to newly licensed realtors.
SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH TRG ARE NOT FOR THE BUYING OR SELLING OF REAL PROPERTY
Bob’s Real-estate consultations are directed at two markets:
- Those considering real estate as a new career
- The unlicensed public:
- For Sale By Owners
- Expired listings: For those needing help in assessing "the right RealtorTM"
Typical questions addressed for those considering a career in Real Estate:
- What do I need to know about the business of real estate?
- What are the traps to be avoided?
- How can I hit the ground running?
- How can I differentiate myself?
Typical questions for sellers:
- How do I choose the "best" RealtorTMfor my situation?
- Are commissions negotiable?
- When might be the best time to be on the market?
- Can you recommend an excellent agent for my needs?
- I’m a FSBO - do I need a RealtorTM?
General Terms & Structure:
- Initial consultation to assess the scope of the engagement is available at no charge
- Consultations will be on a flat rate basis
- The Product delivered is written answers to questions discussed, and, when appropriate, spreadsheets, checklists, and related materials
Note: Bob’s role in this process is as an advisor/consultant "not as a Realtor"; as such, he will not accept any engagements to buy or sell real estate on your behalf as part of the engagement.
